This is possibly the best sushi restaurant in the US. The story is: owned by brothers from Japan, one in Tokyo who selects the fish at the Tokyo fish market and it is then flown to Denver every day. The Bincho selection is amazing and I have never seen it at another sushi restaurant. There is always a wait to dine - deservedly so. In the Pearl Street neighborhood of Denver. The service is good and the food is incredible. Make a reservation and go! Good reason to vacation in Denver if you're not lucky enough to live nearby. |
